Reykjavík's annual Culture Night is one of the city's most beloved events and a true local favorite. The day is packed with diverse cultural events, art, and concerts, all building up to a spectacular fireworks display – the perfect farewell to the Icelandic summer.

Held in celebration of Reykjavík’s birthday, the whole city center turns into a pedestrian-friendly festival zone from early morning until after midnight. Starting with the Reykjavík Marathon followed by events and ending with concerts and fireworks in the evening.
