来冰岛当然要品尝鱼啦。冰岛四周被北大西洋环绕,冰岛最丰富的资源当然是鱼啦。冰岛渔业几乎支撑了整个冰岛经济。冰岛的渔业很发达,速冻以后出口冰岛运往全世界。虽说,在其他国家也能吃到冰岛速冻的鱼,但是来了冰岛,当然不能错过当日新鲜捕捞的鱼了。大部分餐厅都会有一道菜,fish of the day 当日鲜鱼。具体是什么就要看当日捕捞的情况了,有时候是鳕鱼,有时候是比目鱼,有时候是三文鱼等等。具体得询问服务员才知道。如果拿到菜单不知道选什么的话,选这道菜肯定不会错。因为鱼,是当日新鲜捕捞的鱼(通常都已经去骨了)。通常的做法有,平底锅香煎。或者烤箱焗烤,夏日有些餐厅会推出碳烤,再配上新鲜蔬菜,淋上餐厅特色酱汁,十分美味。其他鱼的菜品还有鱼汤fish soup,配面包。炸鱼和薯条fish and chips。还有一种冰岛非常传统的做法叫Plokkfiskur(fish stew),把鳕鱼块,和土豆芝士放烤箱焗烤。可以尝尝看,比较特别,有人喜欢有人不喜欢。 冰岛超市里,还经常看到鳕鱼干,这种毫无添加的零食小吃,是冰岛维京人的最爱,好吃,健康,高蛋白,有营养。其他还有烟熏三文鱼,也是冰岛特色菜。

羊肉

冰岛的羊儿们都是天然散养的,整个夏天羊儿们都自由自在地在山野里生活,到了九月份,温度开始下降,天气开始变得恶劣了,农场主们才会把羊儿们收回来。冰岛人很喜欢吃羊肉。羊肉美味营养价值高,能暖身抵御严寒。几乎每家餐厅餐单里都会有羊肉。最有名的是羊肉汤,一定要常常看。将羊肉和土豆胡萝卜还有冰岛萝卜洋葱等蔬菜一起慢慢炖煮,可以配上面包一起吃,太香太好吃了。一定要尝尝看。另外香煎羊排,烤羊排羊腿等也都很好吃。烟熏羊肉也是传统的美食。说起羊肉,有一道菜也是蛮恐怖的,是羊脸。这个菜比较古老,也不常见了。只有在一些特色餐厅里才有。冰岛本地人,也只有在每年2月份的Þorrablót(品尝传统食物的节日)里才会吃的。胆小的朋友,慎重品尝!

热狗

冰岛的热狗非常好吃,软软的热狗包,热狗肠通常是牛羊猪肉的混合,再配上番茄酱热狗酱,撒上炸洋葱,新鲜洋葱。几百克郎就搞定了。市中心或者商场里都会有热狗摊,肚子饿了,就来一个,非常好吃!在冰岛,热狗很流行。当地人很喜欢热狗。以前美国总统克林顿来冰岛访问的时候去一个热狗摊吃了热狗,这个热狗摊因此成了网红打卡点了,在市中心的地图上有标注这个摊位,生意火爆。但其实每个热狗摊都是差不多的,用的材料几乎都一样。

Skyr冰岛酸奶

Skyr是一种冰岛酸奶,制作工艺特别,蛋白质含量非常高。是一种很健康的食物。在超市里看到各种各样的Skyr,有传统的口感厚重的,有可以直接喝的口感比较稀的,有原味的,也有添加各种口味的。很美味,很特别,一定要试一试。有些餐厅也会提供skyr做的蛋糕或者甜点,值得推荐,都很美味!

Appelsin橙味汽水

冰岛饮料公司生产的冰岛橙味汽水,太好喝了!一定要尝一尝看。在圣诞节,冰岛人喜欢喝的一种饮品叫 Appelsin og Malt。就是用Appelsin橙味汽水和Malt无酒精啤酒1比1调和的。也很好喝。一提起这个,心里的冰岛圣诞节气氛就出现了。

餐厅怎么选?

住在centerhotels的一个超大好处就是吃的选择太多了。酒店自己的餐厅Jorgensen(在Midgardur By Centerhotels里)就是当地有名的餐厅,好吃,价格合理。还有中文菜单哦,非常方便。首选首选!如果平常赶时间,行程劳累,就可以直接在Jorgensen餐厅享用美食啦!

市中心有很多fine dining的高档餐厅,但在冰岛虽说是高档餐厅,但对服装衣着也没有太高的要求,穿牛仔裤进去服务员也会欢迎。通常这些餐厅环境非常好,服务非常好,菜品都是小而精致,价格也不菲。冰岛当地人的一大娱乐活动就是和家人朋友同事一起去餐厅吃饭,体验不同的餐厅。行程中可以挑选一两天,体验一下高档餐厅。新餐厅总是层出不穷。有些老牌的口碑好的,比如:fish company, fish market, grill market, Apotech, seafood grill, Kol等。这些有名的高人气的餐厅,都非常小,最好先预定座位。他们都在市中心,很多从centerhotels步行都可以到达。新的餐厅,比如duck and rose, www.dineout.is这个网站是预定网站,有人气排行,很推荐这个网站。非常有用。

Matholl美食广场,是这两年突然流行起来的。通常是一个美食大厅里,有很多座位,有很多餐厅,选择多,氛围比较轻松。午餐,或者轻松的晚餐也可以去matholl里用餐,比如Hlemmur mathall,grandi matholl等等。价格合理,食物美味,选择多,氛围很轻松。通常每个matholl里都会配有不同种类的餐厅,有比萨,意面,亚洲风味,taco,牛排羊排等。
