In April we'll be offering a one day event in co-operation with Rvk Ritual. The event "Self care Sunday" is a nurturing event with soft yoga and breathing along with a delicious brunch and spa. The course will be held at Miðgarður by Center Hotels at Laugavegur 120 on April 16th.
