The restaurant “Við Flóan” or “By the Bay” is located on the top floor of the hotel the restaurant “Chefs Carving Buffet” is open for lunch and dinner. Breakfast is served daily from 07:00 to 10:00. Early breakfast is available upon request on departure day from 04:00.  The restaurant has a breathtaking view over Reykjavik bay and the mountain ridges beyond. A Conference/dining room will also be available on the top floor.

The hotel has a Spa/Gym in the basement providing the guests an opportunity to relax after a busy day of travelling. The Spa/Gym has a Jacuzzi, a wet sauna and a dry sauna, some exercise equipments and a relaxation area.

The hotel has some parking for guests and there’s public parking just across the street.

August 2007, Centerhotel Arnarhvoll opened its doors to 80 of 104 stylish rooms. The hotel still has work taking place between 9.00 - 18.00 on both the exterior of the building, the top floor restaurant and the Spa/Gym. The hotel will be in full operation in the begining of the year 2008.
