Are you coming to Reykjavik in early april? If so may we suggest that you check out the annual Reykjavík Blues Festival.
The festival offers a colorful program of blues, performed by Icelandic as well as international artists. The Reykjavík Blues Festival hosts international guests directly from the heartlands of the blues, Mississippi and Chicago and has always laid emphasis on giving young and upcoming artists an opportunity to perform.
The traditional special event, a concert with psalms, spirituals and gospel, is normally held in the beautiful Fríkirkjan church on Good Friday.
